For over seventeen years, owner Lynette Horan has built a solid reputation as a Human Resources professional. Lynette has met with distinction the high standards of education, experience and demonstrated knowledge as a certified Senior Professional by the Society of HR Management.

Lynette has lived in Colorado since 1986. Prior to opening her own HR Consulting Business in 2003, she was employed as part of the senior management team for prestigious organizations such as Destination Services Corporation, The Gallegos Corporation, Embassy Suites Hotel and Eagle County Government.

In addition to Colorado expertise, she is skilled in multi-state employment compliance issues for the Rocky Mountain Region including Montana, Idaho, and Nevada. Her experience encompasses HR knowledge in the the hospitality, non-profit and construction industries as well as the government sector.
